“Binomo x IPL: The Final Ticket Hunt” Promotion Rules

1. General Information

1.1. “Binomo x IPL: The Final Ticket Hunt” promotion (the “Promotion”) is brought by Dolphin Corp LLC, St. Vincent and the Grenadines company with registration number 915 LLC 2021and address at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

1.2. Our goal is to improve the experience of using the Binomo platform (the “Binomo”, “Platform”) and to increase its Users loyalty.

1.3. Promotion terms and conditions (the “Rules”) are available at https://blog.binomo-go.com/iplindia/ (the “Our Site”, “Landing Page”).

2. Who can join the Promotion

2.1. Participation is open to legally capable individuals of legal age (“You”, “Your”, “Participant”) who:

(a) are Binomo registered Users; and

(b) indicated India as the country of their residence in the Binomo Account.

2.2. These Rules may also have additional requirements. Please, review them carefully.

3. When We run the Promotion

3.1. The Promotion runs from May 13, 2025 (00:00 UTC) (the “Start Date”) to May 21, 2025 (23:59 UTC) (the “End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to participate?

4.1. To take part in the Promotion You have to complete a one-time Deposit of at least forty (40) U.S. Dollars (the “USD”) to Your Binomo Real Account during the Promotion Period using the promo code IPL25 (the “Qualified Deposit” and the “Task”).

The promo code IPL25 will multiply Your Qualified Deposit granting a one-time Deposit Bonus of 100% credited to Your Binomo Account along with the Qualified Deposit. 

4.2. By completing the Task, You will be automatically enrolled into the Rewards selection process.

However, if You cancel the Deposit Bonus granted under Clause 4.1 and request a withdrawal before the Promotion ends, Your participation will be canceled. Only Participants with an active Deposit Bonus and no pending or completed withdrawal requests related to the Qualified Deposit will qualify for the Rewards selection process.

4.3. Please keep in mind, You can participate in the Promotion only once. We will also count Your participation in the Rewards selection process only once.

5. Rewards

Opportunities

5.1. This Promotion offers a monetary equivalent of six (6) tickets to the Indian Premier League (IPL) Final, scheduled for May 25, 2025, at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, India (the “Event”), each valued at two hundred (200) USD (the “Reward” and the “Ticket”).

5.2. If You meet the Participation Criteria and successfully complete the Task, You may receive two (2) of them.

Selecting Rewards Recipients 

5.3. Rewards will be awarded based on a random selection process. The recipients will be determined by a randomizer – an automated program that generates numbers in random order – by May 23, 2025 (23:59 UTC).

5.4. We will announce them in Stories in Our Instagram Account @binomo_platform on May 23, 2025 (23:59 UTC), and additionally contact via Our Support Team, if needed. 

Receiving Your Reward

5.5. The Tickets are provided exclusively in a monetary equivalent and will be credited to the recipient’s Binomo Account by May 23, 2025 (23:59 UTC). 

Important notes

5.6. Remember, if You cancel the Deposit Bonus granted under Clause 4.1 at any point before the end of the Promotion Period, You will be disqualified from the Rewards selection process.

5.7. We do not provide actual Tickets. The Rewards are granted in a monetary equivalent so that You may purchase the Tickets independently. Please note, that Ticket prices and availability may vary — We do not guarantee either.

All costs related to purchasing the Tickets or attending the Event, including travel, accommodation, or any other expenses, are solely Your responsibility and are not covered by Us.

5.8. The Event is organized and managed by a third party. We are not responsible for its execution, changes, cancellation, any rules set by the Event organizer, or any consequences arising from Your attendance.

5.9. All Rewards are final and shall be accepted as awarded. They cannot be replaced, exchanged, transferred, or substituted.

5.10. If We require additional details to process Your Reward, We will contact You via Our Support Team. You must provide the requested information within five (5) days; otherwise, We will be unable to assign the Reward, and Your participation in the Promotion will be canceled.

6. Additional terms 

Participation in Promotion

6.1. If You take part in the Promotion and (or) use any Reward provided therein, You fully accept and agree to be bound by these Rules.

6.2. Your participation in the Promotion is voluntary. You act at Your own discretion, in Your own interest, and at Your own risk.

6.3. Employees, affiliates, and individuals involved in the administration or execution of the Promotion are not eligible to participate. If You fall under any of these categories, You will not be counted as a Participant.

6.4. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed or affiliated with Meta or Instagram.

These Rules 

6.5. These Rules apply specifically to this Promotion and supplement the Binomo Client Agreement (the “Client Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), both available on https://binomo-go.com/.

If any issue is not expressly covered by these Rules, the provisions of the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy shall apply.

Fraud and abuse 

6.6. Creating multiple Binomo Accounts belonging to the same individual, engaging in any fraudulent actions, or other unfair methods to gain advantages in the Promotion is strictly prohibited.

Any manipulation, deceptive actions, misrepresentation, use of artificial intelligence tools, bots, and other methods to bypass these Rules are not allowed.

If We determine, suspect, or have reasonable grounds to believe that You have violated this Clause, We may сancel Your participation in the Promotion, revoke any Rewards, adjust transactions or results obtained through unfair methods, restrict Your participation in future Binomo promotions, and seek recovery for any financial losses incurred by or resulted from Your actions.

Decisions regarding violations shall be made at Our sole discretion based on internal investigations. We are not obliged to disclose the details of such investigations.

Changes

6.7. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or restart the Promotion at any time, for any reason, at Our sole discretion. This includes changes to the Promotion Period, early termination before the End Date, or other adjustments.

We may do this by changing the Rules, removing them from Our Site, restricting and (or) restoring access to it. It is Your responsibility to check for updates periodically.

Interpretation

6.8. Capitalized terms, such as “Account”, “Real Account”, “Deposit”, “User”, shall have the meanings as defined in the Client Agreement, unless stated otherwise.

Wherever the terms “includes”, “including” or “for example” appear, they shall be interpreted as “without limitation”.

References to “days” always mean calendar days, unless explicitly stated otherwise

All terms and definitions herein apply equally to all genders and their singular / plural forms, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Personal information

6.9. By taking part in the Promotion, You expressly and freely agree and authorize Us to collect, process, store and use Your first name, surname, nickname on Binomo, in social media and online resources (if any), Your Binomo User ID, address, telephone, image and other personal data. We will use it to contact You and, if necessary, publish in Binomo social media and online resources channels, groups and communities, Binomo advertising and other materials, including by announcing and referencing them.

You may withdraw Your consent at any time by sending Us a request to . 

Security

6.10. You are solely responsible for the security and safety of the credentials of Your accounts (cabinets). All actions performed through Your accounts will be deemed to have been made by You.

Please ensure that your data is protected and kept confidential and that no third parties have access to or control over it.

Compliance and liabilities 

6.11. You are fully and solely responsible for complying with any laws and regulations related to Your activity on Binomo, including those governing Your participation in the Promotion,  and fully release Us, Meta, and Instagram from any related liabilities. 

6.12. We assume no responsibility for any financial, tax or other consequences and obligations that may arise from or connected to Your activity on Binomo, participation in the Promotion, or receipt and use of Rewards. We will not be liable for the following cases, among others:

• if You failed to review or misunderstood these Rules;
• for any Your errors and their consequences, including inaccuracies in the contact details You provided Us or indicated in Your Binomo Account;
• use of Your Binomo Account or other account(s) (cabinet) by third parties whether with or without Your authorization;
• if We have not received information about Your participation in the Promotion or data necessary to award with Rewards for any reason, including in cases of Your inactivity, other circumstances on Your side, technical problems and system failures in data transmission, whether on Your, Our or a third party’s side;
• if You have not completed the Task or do not meet the Participation Criteria;
• if You have not claimed or used the Rewards provided.

6.13. The Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Event organizer, its partners, participants, or any third parties. Any references to the Event are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any official association or sponsorship.
