- General Provisions on the procedure for holding Promotions:
1.1. The “Weekly Challenges” Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is held to promote the Binomo trading platform.
1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”) must be legally competent individuals who are registered on the Binomo trading platform.
1.3. By participating in the Promotion, Participants fully agree to these Rules.
1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free.
2. Information about the organizer of the Promotion
2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC (a company registered in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

3. Promotion Dates:
3.1. The Promotion is valid from 21.08.2023 to 27.08.2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
4. Terms and conditions of participation in the Promotion:
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must simultaneously fulfill the following conditions:
- Be a registered user of the Binomo trading platform;
- Opt-in to participate in the gamification elements of the chatbot;
- Complete weekly challenges provided by the chatbot.
4.2. The chatbot will provide weekly challenges to the Participants. Weekly challenges may include the following types of missions:
- Make a certain number of trades;
- Make a trade with a certain asset;
- Make a deposit with cryptocurrency;
- Verify email/phone number;
- Participate in a free tournament;
- Increase trading turnover.
4.3. The composition of the weekly challenges will be determined by the chatbot individually for each Participant.
5. Prize Fund of the Promotion:
5.1. The total amount of the Prize Fund depends on the total number of Participants in the Promotion. Participants who successfully complete the weekly challenges specified in clause 4.2. will be eligible to receive one of the following prizes:
- Deposit bonus;
- Non-deposit bonus;
- Risk-free trades.
5.2. The prize that each Participant who successfully completed the weekly challenges specified in clause 4.2. will receive is determined by the chatbot individually.
5.3. The established prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be replaced with a monetary equivalent.
6. Information on the timing and procedure for receiving prizes through the Promotion
6.1. The prize will become available in the “Bonuses” section of the Participant’s personal account on the Binomo trading platform no later than 23:59 UTC+3 September 04, 2023.
7. Additional Terms:
7.1. Participants may participate in the Promotion once for each challenge provided. New accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.
7.2. During the Promotion, the Organizer will not take into account the results of Participants who violate clause 7.1 of these Rules.
7.3. By performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant gives their consent to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address
7.4. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the following:
1) the inability (not through the fault of the Organizer) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with the rules posted by the Organizer;
2) the non-receipt/untimely receipt of the information necessary to receive prizes, through the fault of the Participants themselves or through the fault of communications providers, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
3) for any consequences of mistakes made by Participants when participating in the Promotion.
7.5. The Organizer has the right at any time to amend these Rules by posting corresponding information on the Organizer’s Website. Users of the Binomo platform interested in participating in the Promotion are obliged to independently monitor for updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for any corresponding changes on the Organizer’s Website.
7.6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms or social media networks.
7.7. “Real account on the Binomo platform”, “no-deposit bonus”, and “Deposit bonus” are understood as defined in the Client Agreement posted on the website at binomo-go.com.
